BIO

  • Born on July of 1931, the 10th day.
  • At Wingham, a community located in the municipality of North Huron, which is located in Huron County, a province of Ontario, Canada, by the Lake Huron: one of the Great Lakes (a.k.a. Laurentian Great Lakes: Superior, Michigan, Erie, Ontario and Huron [Michigan-Huron]), the largest group of interconnected freshwater lakes on Earth located in northeastern North America, on the Canada--US border.
  •  Married in 1951

MAJOR WORKS

Mainly known for her short stories, she started writing them in her teens but her first book-length publication was in 1968, the story collection Dance of Happy Shades. Followed by:
